1. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (100%)

  • Cancel enrollment before the batch start date
  • Batch cancelled by Solutions1313 for any reason

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Request withdrawal within the first week of course
  • Genuine medical emergencies (with valid documentation)

No Refund

  • After the first week of course has started
  • Completed more than 25% of the course
  • Terminated for violating code of conduct

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Include Details:Provide enrollment ID, course name, batch details, and reason for refund

Documentation:Attach supporting documents (medical certificates, etc.) if applicable

Review:Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Decision:You will receive an email with the refund decision and next steps

3. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refund credited to the original payment method
  • Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days
  • EMI payments processed as per financing partner policy

4. Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, you may opt to:

Transfer to Another Batch:Join a later batch of the same course at no extra cost
Transfer to Another Course:Switch to a different course (fee difference applies)
Transfer to Another Person:Transfer your enrollment to a friend or family member (with approval)

Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the new batch starts.

5. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the following cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution:

  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
  • Job relocation to a different city/country
  • Family emergencies
  • Other genuine hardships (evaluated case by case)

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Registration or administrative fees (if applicable)
  • Course materials already accessed or downloaded
  • Third-party certification exam fees
  • Any promotional discounts or offers already applied

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:
