Full Refund (100%)
- Cancel enrollment before the batch start date
- Batch cancelled by Solutions1313 for any reason
Partial Refund (50%)
- Request withdrawal within the first week of course
- Genuine medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
No Refund
- After the first week of course has started
- Completed more than 25% of the course
- Terminated for violating code of conduct

- Refund credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days
- EMI payments processed as per financing partner policy

- Registration or administrative fees (if applicable)
- Course materials already accessed or downloaded
- Third-party certification exam fees
- Any promotional discounts or offers already applied
